Closed air circulation = lower energy consumption
Owing to the used technology, the implemented constructional solutions and selection of appropriate materials our furnaces are characterized by very low loss of heat. After reaching the temperature setpoint they consume slightly more energy than a washing machine. Our devices are distinguished by the system of heating air circulation – it works in a closed circuit. Better control over the entire heating process, through the precise control of the temperature, gives the user more economic and consequently more ecological system.
We adjust technology and dimensions of our devices to the needs of the contracting party:
Due to the forced air circulation (from walls, ceiling or door),application of professional industrial wool (insulation thickness from 250-350 mm) and minimization of thermal bridges our devices have very low heat losses. Better control over drying process is achieved.
In each device we install mechanical protection against overheating of the heated elements in the event of a failure of one of the actuators. We guarantee quick replacement of worn-out or broken components.
The furnace has a touch-screen controller which can be used to change the settings of the furnace and monitor the current parameters of the device. The controller manages the furnace by controlling temperature and time as well as monitors the work of heaters, engine and fan. Failure of one of the devices stops the heating process and the error code appears on the display unit. The power cut causes the suspension of heating and when the power is restored the process is continued.
Using the controller you can program the segments of temperature change in the operation chart, temperature rise 0,5 to 5⁰C per minute at maximal deviation of 3⁰C and registering of the temperature and the course of a working cycle. For fire safety reasons the controller is controlled by two thermocouples placed inside the chamber.
The device allows for configuration of the account, thanks to which the access to the functions is possible via the Internet connection. It allows for transfer of data via USB 2.0 or Ethernet and remote programming and monitoring of the heating process. Additionally, it is possible to set text message or e-mail notifications informing of the end of the process, failure or other occurrences.
Our devices are designed from scratch for the needs and technology of the clients. Maximal temperature is 250°C. The furnaces can be inter alia used as devices for heating polyurethane foam fittings, as furnaces for hardening laminate elements made of epoxy and polyester resins. We always take into consideration the users’ individual needs and requirements so that they are fully adapted to the solutions used in their enterprises.
Side walls, the back wall, the ceiling and the door of our furnaces are made as a sandwich panel. The sandwich panel is made of two linings of sheet metal and ISOVER mineral wool insulation core having a thickness of 250 mm. The used type of boiler mat guarantees that for 20 years of exploitation the connections between fibres will not degrade under the influence of the temperature and the mat will not change its volume which could result in formation of thermal bridges. The floor is made of 10 mm thick sandwich panel.
The thickness of the used core gives considerable thermal resistance, which guarantees minimal heat losses during the furnace explantation.
The single door can open to the left or right, can be lifted on servomotors to the furnace level or in the guillotine system can pull itself vertically upwards – according to the clients’ needs.
Double door is also possible for our clients.
Regardless of the opening way, the door is equipped with strong duty hinges, which ensures long-standing trouble-free operation.
In order to achieve good tightness, a gasket made of silicone rubber, resistant to high temperature is installed on the outside edge of the frame.
The furnace has self-supporting structure and stands on four height-adjustable antivibratory feet.
Furnaces are equipped with resistance wire heating coils and a radial fan which forces the air circulation.
